Founder – Delsfo Tech
Delsfo is founded by Amit Ranjan – tech entrepreneur, product architect and angel investor.
Amit Ranjan was previously Cofounder of SlideShare (https://www.slideshare.net), the world’s largest professional
content sharing community. SlideShare was acquired by LinkedIn in 2012.
After exiting SlideShare, Amit was invited by the Indian Government to work as the Product Architect for DigiLocker (https://www.digilocker.gov.in) – a key national digital public infrastructure (DPI) in India that’s aimed at paperless service delivery by digitizing citizen records & enabling their digital usage. He performed this role under the Digital India Program run by the National eGovernance Division, Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India.
Amit is deeply involved in the Indian startup community as an advisor, mentor and seed investor. In 2019, the Economic Times ranked him amongst top 10 angel investors in India. He is a frequent speaker at technology conferences and startup events.
Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Amit had a career in product marketing, sales & consumer research, having worked for PepsiCo, Asian Paints & Godrej. He holds an MBA from FMS, Delhi University & a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Jaipur.
